So, as some of you may know, today is the birthday of yours truly! You might also know that Saturday is Lucy's birthday. We'll be having a party to celebrate both of our birthdays on Saturday, in the Room of Requirement, at 7 PM! Everyone who can see this is invited.

So, my spies tell me your birthday falls next Saturday. Mine is only a couple of days before, and I was planning on throwing a party on Saturday, do you want to make it a joint birthday party for the both of us (and if the Hogwarts team does manage to get enough points to make it into the final, it can also be a celebration for that, too!)?

The fuck happened? At least I snapped out of it before I burned most of my clothes.

If everyone else was going batshit crazy, I wanted to be in my right mind to enjoy it!

One thing I'm going to miss about Hogwarts after this year is the free dinner entertainment. Drag shows, dance numbers, and now strippers. I wonder what's next?

So, this baby thing is giving me ideas. Like, a child care service- a lot of kids aren't going to want to take care of their kids the whole 2-week period, so I figure there's money in this idea. What do you think? You interested?

I have to say, this week has brought me a lot of entertainment. One thing about Hogwarts I'm definitely going to miss when I leave is the fact that there's always SOMETHING crazy going on. Seriously, a popcorn company could make a killing at this school. Hm, I might actually be on to something with that idea...

Well, tomorrow's game should prove to be interesting, although I guess that's the understatement of the year. I wonder if every game is going to be treated as this big a deal, or will this one be more important than most of the others because it's the first?

In other news, sign-ups for the matchmaking service Dom and I are running are now closed! But for those of you who didn't sign up, never fear! We may try this again for another event, or even a Hogsmeade weekend, if all goes well.

Ah, Hogsmeade, how I've missed you! I got so much shopping done this weekend, it's insane. I've decided to go as a zombie queen for the masquerade, and managed to buy up everything I need. I even got a scepter and everything! It's going to be epic.

It's that time of year again! Quidditch season is fast approaching, which means betting season has begun!

I'll be doing betting pools for individual games soon, but for now, I'm opening bets on which school will win the Quidditch cup overall. Just let me know which team you're betting on, and how much money you're wagering. Just remember that the more money you put in, the more you get if you win. Betting closes on October 21st at midnight!

Saturday night was an awesome way to end the summer. Both parties were great! Though I'll have to give Elliot the edge for the Whiz-Bangs. By the way, Elliot, I think I left my shoes somewhere outside of your house.

Strangely, I'm not all that sorry to see summer end. Mostly because it was a shitty summer this year I'm kind of looking forward to making the most of my last year at Hogwarts, and even if this wasn't my last year, it's still going to be a lot different than before.

What. The. Hell.

When I agreed to hand out fliers in front of my uncle's ice cream shop, I wasn't told I'd have to do it in A GODDAMNED ICE CREAM SUIT. It was so embarrassing. To top it all off, I got kicked by some little brat.

But at least I got paid. And got some free ice cream out of it.
